Kim Charlie is from Sts’ailes and has been the Fisheries Manager since September 2005. She has an Environmental Bachelors Degree from Western Washington University and a Diploma in livestock Agriculture from Fraser Valley College. Kim also has a partial 2 years Masters from UBCcompleted in Environmental Science. She is on the LLFALower Fraser Fisheries Alliance Executive Committee and also on the Pacific Salmon Commission Chum committee.
The Chehalis Indian Band have been conducting a test fishery on Harrison sockeye since 2008 and have been attempting to determine the best time to fish explicitly on Harrison sockeye and not other stocks such as Birkenhead, Weaver and Big Silver for their food fisheries as well as economic fisheries.Request an edit to my listing
